ARENA CLEANING PROCEDURES
We have a frequent sanitizing rotation of all high-touch surface areas along with intensive cleaning measures being taken in high-traffic areas like our lobbies, restrooms, locker rooms, and stands. You will also notice hand sanitizing stations located throughout the venue. FEELING SICK? Please pause and sit this one out. We'll be here when you're feeling better! MASK RECOMMENDATION & VACCINATIONS Per guidelines from the Center for Disease Control, we recommend and encourage fans to wear face coverings while inside Dort Financial Center, except when eating or drinking but it is not a requirement. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status or a negative Covid test are not requirements for entry to a Flint Firebirds game. Covid-19 Requirements for Special Events such as concerts, expos, and other sporting events (aside from Flint FIrebirds games) may vary. We will continue to monitor the situation, closely following the CDC’s recommended protocols, as well as state and local health ordinances. PARKING Parking is generally $10 - cash only at all Flint Firebirds Games. Parking for special events such as concerts, expo's, and other sporting events DOORS Doors to show are usually scheduled to open 60 minutes before the event starts, but will vary by event basis.Please note: We do not offer a coat check. ARENA RE-ENTRY POLICY Due to the importance of our guest’s safety, there will be no re-entry into the stadium during Flint Firebirds games once your ticket is scanned. ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR TRAVELPlease be advised that there is ongoing construction on I-69, I-475 and I-75. This project consists of intermittent lane closures resulting in back-up. Make sure to allow for additional time to get to Dort Financial Center so you can be here for the start of the event! Looking for the best route to take? Please consult the MDOT Drive Map to ensure a seamless trip. WAIT & SERVICE TIMESWe are looking forward to having you all back at Dort Financial Center for awesome events and concerts, but we do ask our guests for patience as we do so. You may experience slightly longer wait and service times due to staffing levels. We thank you for your understanding as we work diligently to build our team. BOX OFFICE & MOBILE TICKETSIf you ordered your tickets online and select the "Print at Home or Mobile Tickets" delivery option, you can conveniently pull up your tickets on your mobile device when you arrive at the game. When approaching the doors, please make sure your phone's brightness is all the way up for easy scanning. Third party ticket purchases: We cannot guarantee entrance or validity of your ticket, if purchased through a Third-Party Seller (ex. SeatGeek, StubHub, etc.). Our venue only sells tickets through Etix and will only be able to verify those tickets purchased through Etix directly. BAG POLICYTo provide a safer environment for the public and to significantly expedite fan entry into Dort Financial Center, we are requiring that the bag does not exceed 5” x 8” x 2” and will be screened upon entry. Exceptions will be made for medical items or a diaper bag (with an infant / small child) after a proper inspection by security at the door before entry. Authorities reserve the right to inspect any item at any time. Denial for inspection shall constitute an unwillingness to enter/remain in the facility. Dort Financial Center is not responsible for any items left at the entry or in the facility. PROHIBITED BAGS / ITEMSProhibited items must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of before entering Dort Financial Center.
