bag policy Bag policies for Arena events are subject to change, based on select events.
In an effort to enhance public safety and streamline entry for fans, Dort Financial Center has instituted a Bag Policy for most events, regulating the size and type of bags allowed into the venue. Exceptions to this policy will be made for special assistance, ADA, or medically necessary items following proper inspection.
It is strongly recommended by Dort Financial Center to avoid bringing bags to events. However, if necessary, fans may bring: For all Venue Events:

Each ticket holder, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and/or a clutch purse.
Metal detection and security screening To ensure the safety of all individuals at Dort Financial Center, every person entering the venue will undergo a bag search and pass through a metal detector or be screened with a handheld metal detector to detect any prohibited items.
Firearms and weapons No individual, including off-duty police officers, may carry or have in their possession any firearms or dangerous weapons within Dort Financial Center. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, knives, impact weapons, chemical agents, or electronic control devices (e.g., tasers, stun guns).
BEHAVIORS prohibited from venue Unattended bags or suspicious activity will not be tolerated, and non-compliant patrons will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
signs, banners & flags policy Venue management retains the authority to confiscate or prohibit any sign, banner, or flag deemed inappropriate.

🚫 Prohibited Items The items listed below are prohibited within Dort Financial Center. There are no facilities available for storing unauthorized items, and security personnel cannot hold them. Items must either be taken back to your vehicle or disposed of prior to entering Dort Financial Center. Management retains the authority to determine which items are prohibited.
