How to purchase tickets for a dort financial center event

Will call tickets can be picked up at the will call desk or ticket office on the day of the event. Will call tickets will usually be available 2-hours before the event start time. Ticket purchasers must present a picture ID, the confirmation number, and the actual credit card used to place the order when picking up tickets. If you need to change the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets, please contact the box office by calling (810) 744-0580 or emailing [email protected]
Print at Home
This delivery method allows you to print your tickets off from home at your convenience or to display them on your phone at entry. If you don’t see a confirmation email, it may have bounced into your spam folder, depending on your e-mail filter settings. Please only select this delivery method if you have the ability to print the tickets or have a compatible phone for viewing. If the Dort Financial Center has to print your tickets due to the inability complete independently, service fees will apply. Questions? At what age does my child require a ticket
Most events children 24 months (2 years) and older will require a ticket for entry. Some events will vary on children's ticket pricing and age.
Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Dates and times are subject to change without notice. Please verify event information prior to arrival. Etix tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are valid only for the event and seat for which they are printed.

- Cancellation by the Promoter/Organizer: If the event is canceled by the promoter or organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. We will promptly process your refund in such cases.
- State of Emergency: Refunds will also be considered if there is a state mandate that necessitates people to stay off the roads due to severe weather conditions. In such circumstances, we understand the safety concerns, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

Doors to shows are usually scheduled to open 60 minutes before the event starts, but will vary by select event.

Parking
- Parking is CASH only.
- Parking is $10 - cash only for all Flint Firebirds Games.
- Parking for special events such as concerts, expo's, and other sporting events will vary for each event.
